THANK YOU

Awhile back we promised to stand in the middle of a river and say the name of every person who contributed to our Indiegogo album campaign. And here’s proof that we did it. Thank’s y’all!

Also, a giant thank you to Wayne Fishell for masterminding the entire fundraising campaign and the local release parties.

OKAY!!! And in other hardly believable news, Hope For Agoldensummer is going on tour with the charming and extremely talented Patterson Hood.  Yes, THE Patterson Hood. THAT guy. Him.

Hope For Agoldensummer will be opening for Patterson Hood every night all over the country for a month, and then sitting in with his band during their sets.  Mega harmonies. Banjo pickin’. Singing saw. Organ.  We are SO excited!!!!!

HFags featured in AMERICAN SONGWRITER

OMG! A song from our new album (Life Inside The Body) is featured in American Songwriter magazine’s JULY SAMPLER!!!

The song is called “STRANGE SKIES” and was written by our own Page Campbell.  It was recorded by our own Suny Lyons.  And features lots of sibling harmonies and finger-pickin’ guitarwork.  CLICK HERE TO LISTEN!!!

A.S. says: Anchored by acoustic guitars and topped with the sort of effortless, entwined harmony vocals that only seem to come from siblings, “Strange Skies” is an indie-folk ballad for lazy summer mornings and empty country lanes.
