JUNE 2012

So, so, so many things to tell y’all!!!

First of all our own Claire Campbell is performing at The Melting Point in Athens, GA on Wednesday, June 27th at 7:30pm. Finally, an EARLY SHOW IN ATHENS! They said it couldn’t be done. Also on the bill is the loverly Kyshona Armstrong. Many years ago, Claire n’ Kyshona used to be in UGA’s African American Choral Ensemble together…sigh…so very, very many years ago.

OOOH Y’ALL!!!

Today the wondrous WXPN.org is featuring a song from our upcoming album as their Download Of The Day.  The song is called Daniel Bloom and is a slow burner.  Get it while you can:  http://thekey.xpn.org/feature/my-morning-download/

Also, we’re starting to see a trickle of advance reviews for the new album.

Some Velvet Blog says: The album is an exquisite collection of gorgeous new indie-folk; perfect for front porch hangin, late night drivin’ and early morning rising. The Campbell siblings harmonize with warmth and ease and the pace is just, well, pretty damn sweet. Hope for agoldensummer; in some ways we all do. This record will get us a lot closer to it.
