UWire, Atlanta, Ga, 9/13/03 7:32PM In an obvious case of favoritism and corruption, a recent interview at GSU did not address recent developments sorrounding the up and coming band and crime syndicate, Hope For Agoldensummer. Although the hour long show did point out how great the band was and how all the members are "simply amazing people" and that their music "definitely, would, like, change the world, you know," none of the more compelling truths of the band were brought forth. What other than a large amount of cash changing hands would prevent a dedicated radio journalist from revealing the band and it's members for what they truly are, a multinational crime and general mayhem terrorist orginazation with far reaching political and ideological meddlings. As has been revealed in recent civil and criminal court cases, HFAGS is only the tip of a much larger organization. Like the Sinn Fein and the IRA, this band is only the most respectable part of a true ideological war that is corrupting our youth and our nation. These "tree huggers" are the root of all that is wrong and frivolous in this crumbling society. I for one can not be quieted, I will not be bought and sold as I watch my children eat tofu and waste my hard earned money on frivolous college educations. Ban HFAGS. Burn their album, if you can find one. In fact, preorder their upcoming album so you can burn it as soon as it comes out. Better yet, send them large cash donations so their album can be paid for even quicker and they can make more copies of it so we can burn it. Only amidst the flames can America be whole again, and we can all rest easy that nothing good ever came out of Athens. Alas, I fear too much damage has already been done. I fear that the end is nigh and no amount of consumer purchases can make it stop. Only in fire may we yet find redemption and truth, and the machine can drag on, as it always has and always will. |
